Are you affiliated with any hospital or clinic?

No, we are independent and self-employed midwives. We work for you not for any hospital ensuring your care is personal, unbiased, and centered around your needs.

Can services be provided virtually?

Yes! Most of our services, including consultations and some prenatal classes, can be done virtually. We adapt based on your availability and comfort.

What is a pre-conception consultation and who is it for?

It's a session designed to prepare your body and mind for pregnancy. We review your health history, nutrition, blood tests, and offer advice to optimize fertility. It's great for couples or single women planning to conceive.

When should I schedule my first prenatal consultation?

Ideally, you should reach out as soon as your pregnancy test is positive. Your first session can be scheduled before 10 weeks of pregnancy. This allows us to provide early support and guidance.

What are Kwezi Prenatal Classes and how do they work?

These are structured, empowering sessions that help you understand childbirth, prepare mentally and physically, and include your partner in the journey. Classes last 1 hour each, and can be done individually or in a group.

I'm short on time. Is there a condensed version of the classes?

Yes! We offer Kwezi Bite, a 3-hour crash course covering the essentials from all 8 sessions. Perfect for busy parents.

Can my partner or support person attend the classes with me?

Absolutely! We encourage your partner or chosen companion to join. Pregnancy is a shared experience and support is key.

What kind of support do you offer after the baby is born?

We provide home or virtual visits focused on your recovery, breastfeeding support, newborn care, emotional wellbeing, and more. We typically do 3 visits but can add more if needed.
